AAMSE is a CAE Registered Provider. This program meets the requirements for fulfilling the professional development requirements to earn or maintain the Certified Association Executive credential. Every program that we offer that has been approved for CAE credit will clearly identify the number of CAE credits granted for full participation. We will maintain records of your participation in accordance with CAE policies. For more information about the CAE credential or Registered Provider program, please visit www.asaecenter.org/cae.
Note: Applicants may use any program that meets eligibility requirements in the specific timeframe towards the exam application or renewal. No specific individual courses are required as part of the applications – the selection of eligible education is up to the applicant based on his/her needs.
Caitlin Couture, CAE currently serves as the Director of Governance and Engagement at the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) and has twelve years of association management experience. In her role at SIR, Caitlin in responsible for ensuring consistency across 64 committees, task forces and manages five sections. She works to ensure members positively engage with SIR throughout their career through traditional committee engagement and ad hoc volunteer opportunities. In her time at SIR, Caitlin launched SIR Connect and engaged 85% of SIR members in online collaboration.
In 2013, Caitlin earned the designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE). Currently, Caitlin serves as a member of the AAMSE Leadership Academy Subcommittee. In the past, she has presented at ASAE and AAMSE, served on the ASAE Young Professionals Committee and ASAE Communication Section Council. Caitlin is also a graduate of the ASAE 2012 Leadership Academy.
